Products and pricing

All prices are shown in AED. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We describe our products and display their images as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and production batches, and availability can change without notice.

We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel any order affected by such an error. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or where we are unable to verify the payment or delivery details provided. If we decline an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order so that we can fulfil it and contact you if we need to.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy. Refunds are issued in AED to the original payment method.

Products we supply

Olvantra International is an authorised Neakasa reseller for the Middle East. Products are supplied new and in their original packaging unless the listing says otherwise. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is provided by the manufacturer on its own terms and we will help you make a claim.
